Troy Brinkman, JD, MA, CIP, Senior Associate Director, Institutions, WIRB-Copernicus Group. Prior to joining WCG in 2009, Troy worked in private legal practice at a mid-sized Seattle law firm. From 2009-2012, Troy worked as Regulatory Counsel at WCG, where he advised the IRB Board, staff, and clients on compliance with research laws and regulations. In September 2012, Troy joined the WCG Consulting Group, and in 2014, he re-joined WIRB to lead and support its institutional network of clients. Troy received his legal training at the University of Washington and has a Masters degree from Yale University.
