Tracie Witte-Saunders RN, MS, CCRC is the research manager for the cancer center of a major state AMC and oversees daily operations of this center involving both inpatient and outpatient oncology services. Her 16 years of experience in this field combines clinical expertise with 9 years of research management. She has developed the necessary infrastructure to successfully implement sponsored & investigator-initiated clinical trials with experience in contract negotiation as well as writing & implementing SOPs, developing protocol-specific documentation, directing QA activities and supervision of clinical care for patients involved in research trials. She shares her expertise with RNs throughout the institution and serves locally as an adjunct faculty member.
