Susan Donahue CCRC, ACRP-PM

Susan Donahue, CCRC, ACRP-PM, Senior Director Operational Quality at Javara, has over 30 years’ experience in clinical research in the areas of operations, regulatory, compliance and training.

Susan has been an active member of ACRP since 1992 and currently serves on the CCRC exam committee and the Partners in Workforce Advancement working group.

Susan was formerly the Director of Clinical Research for Novant Health, Inc, and the Director of Clinical Regulatory and Compliance for FHI 360. Susan was also a part of the PMG Research, Inc team for over 25 years starting as a coordinator in 1990, and other roles such as the Director of Quality Assurance, Manager of Training and Quality Assurance and Site Manager.

Under Susan’s leadership, Javara maintains a stellar quality and regulatory track record with respect to zero incidence of medical-legal actions. Susan is a graduate of Wake Forest University.
