Sue Avery, RN, MSN, CCRA. Manager, Regulatory Education and Training for Translational Medicine Institute (DTMI) Sue has held positions as a CRA, CRA manager and CRA trainer for a large CRO and as Corporate Training Director for a large CRO and an SMO. Prior to her current position, Sue was at Duke Clinical Research Institute where she held positions as the Education and Training Coordinator and most recently, the Interim Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance. Sue also spent several years at Duke University Medical Center, in positions of staff nurse, head nurse, clinical instructor and assistant director of medical nursing.
