Stephanne Foster-Crane

Ms. Foster-Crane is responsible for managing clinical trials operations. With more than ten years of clinical research experience, she oversees the planning, implementation and administration of industry-sponsored clinical trials and new research development programs. Prior to joining the university, Ms. Foster-Crane served as Data Manager at Kendle International Inc, a premier clinical research organization. At Kendle, she served as the Clinical Data Project Manager responsible for managing data quality and research timelines. During her clinical research career, Ms. Foster-Crane also served as a Data Manager for G.D. Searle & Company, a top tier pharmaceutical company and as a Source Document Analyst for a local site management organization. Ms. Foster-Crane received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University of Chicago and training in project management from the Liautaud Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Illinois Chicago. Professional affiliations include active memberships in the following organizations: Drug Information Association, Association of Clinical Research Professionals, and the International Society for CNS Clinical Trials and Methodology. Research interests include applying project management principles to clinical study management and regulatory compliance. She received her CCRC certification from ACRP and currently serves on the board of directors for the ACRP Chicago-land chapter.
