Stephanie Lauenstein, M.S. Cross-Cultural Consultant of CRI LLC combines extensive operational and managerial experience in clinical research with a keen ability to develop cultural competency in others. Stephanie offers her clients a unique combination of skills and experiences in management of clinical research and intercultural coaching and training. Stephanie managed clinical research groups and projects in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry in Europe and the US for over 12 years. She worked at Schering Plough, Medtronic and Blackwell Science Publications among others. Stephanie is certified in the use the Intercultural Development Inventory to conduct intercultural readiness assessments of individuals and organizations. Through her consultancy's close work with Minnesota's Center of Cross-Cultural Health, she has worked with numerous hospital physicians and nurses to help them improve on their cultural competency with diverse patients.
