Sarah graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2008 with a degree in biology with a double major in physiology. Since graduation, I have worked at a contract research organization as a clinical study associate on several studies, ranging from electrical stimulation device studies to implantable cardiodefibrillator device studies. I have been involved in designing protocols and study documents in the start-up phase, as well as much site management and overall study execution. Through working at a CRO, I have gained much knowledge and experience about clinical research, the dynamics between all parties involved in a clinic study, and how clinical studies are successfully executed and managed.
