Rachel Lewis

Rachel Lewis is a Director of Project Management at Merck & Co with 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within medical information, clinical trial operations and project management. She graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in Pharmacy, honors in Pharmacology and was a recipient of the University Medal. Rachel has a passion for oncology research and optimizing clinical trial execution with a focus on leveraging data insights and analytics to identify, correct and prevent critical quality issues in clinical trials. She is committed to working smarter, with a focus on critical data and processes, to deliver safe and effective medicine and vaccines to people who need them. Currently Rachel leads the global risk-based monitoring implementation at Merck & Co and is a member of the TransCelerate RBM team.
