Peter Scholes gained his first class degree and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Nottingham. His expertise includes the development of New Chemical Entities (NCEs), particularly Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) requirements which he gained from 17 years experience at 3M Pharmaceuticals. His knowledge extends to the development pMDI products and the development of novel inhalation drug delivery technologies. He recently joined Pharmaceutical Profiles to lead the department of Pharmaceutical Sciences where he is responsible for all in vitro and GMP CT manufacturing activities associated with early phase clinical studies as well as developing the company's inhalation business.
