Paula is President and Founder of ClinCoach Inc. a Canadian company that offers coaching and support, consulting, training and education for research team members as well as GCP compliance audits/inspections. She has been involved in clinical research for over 10 years. Over the past seven years Paula has been an active member of the ACRP Canadian Executive. She has also represented our membership on the ACRP Board of Trustees over the last 5 years. In 1997 she became the first Canadian ACRP trainer teaching the Prep courses across Canada. Paula was instrumental with her colleagues in developing the Canadian Chapter of ACRP, and formed the Education Committee of this group which has now become EdCo. She initiated the Atlantic Canadian Sub-Chapter and acting as President of this Chapter for four years. During her term as president Atlantic Canada achieved the highest number of certified coordinators in any region worldwide!
