Orlan Romm

Orlan Romm is one of the Co-Founders and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Tandem Clinical Research. Orlan has over 17 years of experience in the clinical research industry. He completed his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University where he began his clinical research journey as a research assistant. After graduating, Orlan moved to Florida and began working in the industry-sponsored clinical trial space as a clinical research coordinator. Shortly after he had the opportunity to join a growing site network where he had the chance to learn from some of the greatest minds in the space. Since then, Orlan has held leadership positions involved in every aspect of site operations. He is passionate about providing the best patient experience, optimizing organizational culture and maximizing efficiency. Tandem Clinical Research was formed in 2015 and now operates 6 locations across Louisiana, Florida and New York.
