Olivia Feiro MA

Olivia Feiro is a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Covance Periapproval Services outside Philadelphia. She is responsible for the management of all daily activities associated with her assigned studies. Olivia assists with the development of the protocol, project-specific plans and procedures, site and subject recruitment materials and project supporting documentation. She manages study activities to ensure they are in compliance with the client's requirements. She supervises Clinical Research Associates and all project support personnel. She maintains direct contact with the client and ensures an open line of communication regarding all project related matters.

Olivia has over four years of clinical research experience. She has worked with Covance Periapproval Services since 2004, starting her career as a Clinical Studies Associate. Prior to her employment at Covance, she was a graduate student at Temple University, conducting research within the neuroscience program.

Throughout her career, Olivia has accumulated extensive experience in the monitoring and management of Phase IIIb and IV clinical trials, spanning more than eight protocols. Her experience is in a diverse grouping of therapeutic areas, including: Peripheral Vascular Disease, Chronic Hand Eczema, Nephrology (Anemia of Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, Hyperphosphatemia, and Chronic Kidney Disease), Osteoporosis, Bone Metabolism, Chronic Bronchitis and Community Acquired Pneumonia. Prior to working at Covance, her research experience included study within the areas of Neurology, Addiction, Aging, Memory Loss and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.

Olivia graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a M.A. in Psychology with Neuroscience Concentration and from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana with a B.A. in both Art History and Psychology.
