Nicole A. Curry has been in the Learning and Professional development field for more that 10 years. In her current role, she partners with business leaders for the purpose of identifying and developing performance improvement initiatives. Nicole is actively pursuing her Human Performance Improvement (HPI) certification through ASTD. She is currently employed at Ortho-McNeil Janssen Scientific Affairs as a Manager of Learning and Professional Development. Nicole holds a BA degree in Finance, an MBA with concentrations in Management and Management Information Systems both from La Salle University along with a MS in Training and Organizational Development from St Joseph's University.
