Michelle Dickey is the Clinical Research Director for a large Vaccine and Epidemiology Research Center in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. She is a member of the clinical faculty and is certified by the ANCC as a Pediatric & Family Nurse Practitioner and by the ACRP as a CCRC. As the Clinical Research Director, she is responsible for the development of protocols, informed consents, source documents, case report forms, IRB submissions, advertising and recruiting of subjects, the PI liaison for sponsor and IRB correspondence, and leadership of the clinical research professional staff. Michelle has been involved with development, implementation and evaluation of the nursing and allied health clinical advancement programs at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center for the past 10 years.
