Maxine Lai is a Customer Success Manager at Clinical Research IO. Before joining CRIO, Maxine was a Premedical Fellow in the Combined Dermatology and Clinical Research Post-Baccalaureate Fellowship in Boston. Serving as both a Medical Assistant and a Clinical Research Coordinator for four years, Maxine gained experience in patient care, site operations and clinical research technology. Maxine earned a BA in Biology and Psychology from Wesleyan University.
