Marianne Tadros serves as our Executive Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development. She joined DM Clinical in 2010 as a Clinical Team Lead, and has also served in the roles of Study Manager, Director of Corporate Development, and Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development. She loves to find new ways to increase employee engagement and happiness. She integrates this passion with her first-hand experience in clinical trials to be a driving force of this organization. Marianne is originally from California and holds a degree in Neuroscience from the University of California, Riverside. She is a proud wife and mother of three.
