Levering (Lev) Keely serves as a Consumer Safety Officer in the Office of Compliance within the Division of Bioresearch Monitoring at the FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health in Silver Spring, Maryland. He has served the FDA in multiple capacities since 1986. Prior to serving in the federal sector, Lev also worked in hospital settings as a nurse in the neurosurgical and cardiac units. Lev received an undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Rochester and a Masters in Public Administration with a healthcare concentration from American University.
