Lacey has extensive experience in the patient recruitment and retention field and gained significant experience in the clinical research industry through her work with the US Veterans' Administration. Her clinical experience spans many therapeutic areas, some of which include neurology, cardiology, gastroenterology, orthopedic surgery, and pulmonology. Specifically, she gained a great deal of real world patient recruitment and retention knowledge serving as a both study coordinator and clinical research manager. In addition, Lacey has a valuable knowledge base regarding recruitment in a large hospital facility including communication across department lines, relationship building and strategies for expanding study awareness in the appropriate units.
