Until very recently, Ms. McKee lead the Recruitment, Retention and Innovation group within Global Trial Optimization at Merck where her team was responsible for designing and implementing strategic solutions to ensure successful patient recruitment and retention across the portfolio of Merck’s late stage clinical trials. She has recently taken a position as Advisor, Clinical Innovation at Eli Lilly. She has an in-depth understanding and application of innovative tactics and technology in protocol feasibility, site selection and patient recruitment and was named PharmaTimes US Clinical Researcher of the Year in 2012 in the Clinical Research Team Category.
