Working in clinical research for more than 10 years has provided me with a diverse background in volunteer recruitment, study screening, volunteer data management and software validation. Bridging study and volunteer concerns is a passion that has allowed me to collaborate on projects including shared volunteer / CRO data initiatives joining multiple companies in a forum to mitigate dual enrollment risks. Years of extensive volunteer data management / EDC projects allows me to continue to improve efficiency in trial conduct, in addition to developing strategies for improved and sustainable recruiting tools.
