Kathy Donato, is a Sr. Training Manager for Learning & Development in R&D Operations for Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development. She has been affiliated with J&JPRD in Learning & Development for the past 7.5 years. She delivers and designs global training courses for the US, Latin America and Canada. She is also an instructional designer for eLearning courses and Standard Operating Procedures.
She has 13 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, which also includes experience as a consultant to a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, and Training Director for a contract research organization. She has experience in the business sector as an instructional designer and trainer of computer software applications for a big six accounting firm.
Kathy has an M.Ed., is a Langevin Certified Master Trainer, and is certified by the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) as an ACRP trainer, of which she is also a member.
