Speaker 3 has had over 23 years clinical research experience with Sponsors and CROs having roles in clinical monitoring and management, quality assurance, process improvement, budget and resource management, metric development and analysis, and clinical trial management. She has been a member of the US Clinical Development Sr. Leadership Team, obtained her Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and has completed the training program for PMP. She has been a speaker on many topics at industry meetings and when asked, finds her greatest accomplishment in new talent development and coaching. She has participated in the ACRP Standard Setting Workshop and is a trained item writer for certification examinations.
