Joy Delouth BS, MPH

Clinical Monitoring Associate, PAREXEL International

I embarked on my career in Clinical Research as an Undergrad at Cal State University Northridge. I interned for a small CRO in Orange County, CA conducting Phase I/II clinical trials. There was something about helping people that excited me and made my life meaningful. I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science In health Administration in 2010 and a Master’s in Public Health in 2012. I worked for a medical device company “Medtronic” inserting diabetes devices into subjects. I volunteered throughout the community in Los Angeles, CA setting up health initiatives to combat obesity in children and educate their parents on proper nutrition and exercise.

I moved to San Diego in 2013 for a career as a Clinical Monitoring Associate at “PAREXEL”. I am now monitoring multiple sites participating in oncology studies. As I progress in my Clinical research career I look forward to becoming a Manger of Clinical Operations.

Upon my time in San Diego I have taken part in the boys and girls club helping children stay active and healthy. When I am not working to make the world a better place I enjoy boxing, dancing, modeling and yoga.
