Mr. Schultz joined PAREXEL International in 2005 as Vice President of Patient Recruitment for Clinical Operations. Mr. Schultz currently heads up the global Start-up and Accelerated Recruitment Team (START) for Clinical Research Services at PAREXEL. START merges feasibility, site selection, study start-up and patient recruitment strategy groups to produce an integrated and comprehensive capability focused on achieving Last Patient In milestones. Prior to working at PAREXEL, Mr. Schultz co-founded Veritas Medicine. In his role as Vice President of Corporate Development, he concentrated on strategic planning, finance, business and product development. Under his leadership, the company evolved from a small start-up to a leading provider of technology-enabled patient recruitment services. Prior to co-founding Veritas Medicine, Mr. Schultz was employed at Mercer Management Consulting, where he developed growth strategies for Fortune 500 companies.
