Jill Herring is a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Covance Periapproval Services. She is responsible for the management of all daily activities associated with her assigned studies. Jill assists with the development of project-specific plans and procedures, site and subject recruitment materials and project supporting documentation. She manages study activities to ensure they are in compliance with sponsor requirements. She supervises Clinical Research Associates and all project support personnel. She maintains direct contact with the client and sites and ensures an open line of communication regarding all project related matters.
Jill has over five years of clinical research experience. She has worked with Covance Periapproval Services since 2004, starting her career as a Clinical Studies Associate.
Throughout her career, Jill has accumulated extensive experience in the monitoring and management of Phase IIIb and IV clinical trials, spanning more than ten protocols. Her experience is in a diverse grouping of therapeutic areas, including: Nephrology (Iron Deficiency Anemia, Renal Disease), Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, Mental Health (Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder), Hepatic Disease (Cirrhosis and Hepatitis), Chronic Bronchitis and Community Acquired Pneumonia.
Jill graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication with an option in public relations.
