Ms. Whitlock is currently serves as the Vice President for Clinical Site Services, a site performance company supporting sites, CROs and sponsor companies with enrolling patients more efficiently. She is primarily responsible for strategic marketing and product development. Jennifer's background includes more than 12 years of leadership in the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing industry, with a concentration on patient recruitment operations. Prior to joining CSS, Jennifer held the title of Director of Marketing and Media Services at Pharmaceutical Research Plus, where she was responsible for the creation and implementation of strategic media campaigns. Ms. Whitlock is a member of the Baltimore/Washington chapter of the ACRP. Jennifer received her BS from Towson State University, and is currently working towards her Master's in Marketing/Communication.
