| Jennifer Lansink, President of Total Root Concepts, started the corporation in 2003 after identifying a niche within clinical trials for more engaging and dynamic training and learning. Her background in psychology, training, and online technology provides for unique perspectives when creating Global Communication Plans for TRC’s clients. Jen is known in the industry for challenging sites, sponsors, and CROs to think differently about how they recruit and retain patients throughout the life of a program. Ms. Lansink has been instrumental in helping create interactive training programs, live and web based, that have great impact and effective clinical content. A client described Jen as, “…easy to work with but a good task master when warranted. She is extremely effective in creatively facilitating meetings.” Ms. Lansink exudes passion and intensity.
