Ms. Jean Hendrickson

Novella Clinical Resourcing

Since joining the clinical research industry in 1992, Jean Hendrickson has played a leading roll in the evolution of the staffing and placement of clinical research professionals. First as a member of the business development team at a large multinational CRO, she became increasingly aware of the deficit between drug pipeline demands and access to a sufficient number of professionals to bring new products to market. As a result, she co-founded The Woolf Group in 1995 as a method of increasing the resource pool and providing a “just in time” cost effective approach to the industry’s talent deficit. Realizing that technology adoption was the industry’s future, she joined forces with Novella Clinical (formerly PharmaLinkFHI) in 2005 to create Novella Clinical Resourcing (formerly eReady Monitors), a resourcing group specializing in deploying eClinically-trained professionals on clinical trials utilizing electronic technologies including EDC and CTMS. Jean has an extensive background in career development collaborating with both independent contractors and employee professionals to ensure a right-fit between the candidate’s needs and the client’s clinical programs.
