I have been in the Research Industry for 21 years. Sole owner of J. Lewis Research, Inc. for 11 years. Currently we have 4 sites in the Salt Lake City area. We conduct approximately 50 studies per year. I have gone through 17 FDA audits for high enrollment over the 22 years. I have a staff of 30 employees. I have spoken at MAGI and acted as a consultant for sites preparing for an FDA audit.
