Mr. Saunders was part of the group that helped found New England Institutional Review Board in 1989 and for the last six years has worked on full time basis there, initially as Director of Business Development and, in January 2006, became Vice President. He has a Master of Business Administration degree which he earned with High Honors from Boston University's Graduate School of Management and, prior to joining NEIRB, worked in a variety of senior management positions within a number of Boston-area academic medical centers.
