Ms. Singer has 17 years experience in managing clinical trials at Baylor College of Medicine, first as Administrator of Gastroenterology, then as Administrator of Cardiology, and now as Administrator of the Pediatric Pharmacology Research Unit. She has a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration, and received her bachelor's degree from Washington University. Ms. Singer currently administers a multi-subspecialty clinical trials unit in the Department of Pediatrics, and has extensive experience in managing and administering the finances of a clinical trials unit. She is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
