Franeli Yadao MSc.,BA, CCRA

Franeli Yadao has worked for over 15 years in the field of clinical research and has held positions as a Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Project Manager and Senior Clinical Operations Manager. She has a wide variety of experience in all phases of clinical development.

Working within a small growing pharmaceutical company has enabled a broad scope of experience in clinical research, from providing GCP oversight at a site level for clinical trials, acting as sponsor lead for her company at successfully managed EMA and FDA inspections, writing sections of clinical study protocols, reports and CTDs, managing clinical product development budgets, outsourcing clinical studies and programs to new partners, and developing departmental SOPs and workflows.

In addition to enabling the execution of clinical research studies, Franeli has been involved in the development of a post secondary certificate program for clinical research associates. She is a member of the ACRPs Editorial Advisory Board for the Clinical Researcher and a member of the ACRP Canadian Chapter Executive. Her passion is fostering the development of the clinical project managers and CRAs who work with her.
