Eunice Franklin-Becker MPH

Eunice Franklin-Becker is a Senior Project Manager with Covance Periapproval Services located in Conshohocken, PA. Ms. Franklin-Becker develops project-specific procedures and diagnostic specifications and supervises Clinical and Registry Research Associates as well as project support personnel. She also oversees investigator selection and protocol performance, as well as Case Report Form and Analysis Plan development. Ms. Franklin-Becker has ten years of clinical research project management experience. Ms. Franklin-Becker joined Covance in February of 2006 where she has worked on observational and registry programs in the areas of dermatology, asthma, endocrinology, hematology and oncology, and infectious disease.

Prior to joining Covance, Ms. Franklin-Becker worked at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Medicine in the Center for Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics where she held the position of Project Director for the Chronic Renal Insufficiency Cohort Study, a seven-year prospective cohort study of chronic kidney disease progression and cardiovascular outcomes. Simultaneously, Ms. Franklin-Becker served as the Managing Director for the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program. In this role, she worked with to develop and implement the curricula for training programs for community-based research, health services research and policy for physicians.

Ms. Franklin-Becker holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in History from The University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Public Health degree from Emory University. She has completed doctoral coursework at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Hygiene and Public Health.
