My name is Elisa Galvez and I have been working in clinical research since 2005 in in different locations and positions such as clinical operations, startup team, strategic feasibility and investigator validation.
During this time, my priority and interest has been the conduction of global feasibilities and site selection with a special focus in Latin American, US and Canada. By gathering investigator feedback and historic clinical trial metrics, we can construct a robust process that draws on expertise from different disciplines such as medicine, project management, statistical modeling, and country-specific knowledge to optimize any study planning and target high performance sites.
