Ms. Bobys has nearly 25 years of experience working in data systems for clinical research. Ms. Bobys has been working at the Emmes Corporation for almost 9 years and currently serves as the Director of Clinical Systems Analysts. Under her direction, a team of twelve analysts provide corporate and project support of systems implementation, integration, information management and technical issues analysis and support and management of software development process.
Ms. Bobys is also the Corporate SOP representative responsible for leading the review and update of corporate systems SOPs. Ms. Bobys also oversees the Product Discussion Team in which each member is responsible for different aspects of the product development life cycle for the Emmes Electronic Data Capture System. Ms. Bobys is also a member of the Change Control Board (CCB) responsible for evaluating the impact of proposed changes on the validated status of computer systems and determining the level of testing and documentation that must be performed to support the approved changes.
Prior to joining EMMES, Ms. Bobys’ has experience managing the development and implementation of Electronic Data Capture and Clinical Tracking systems. She has supervised projects through the entire lifecycle including strategic planning, requirements analysis, systems validation documentation, development and execution of test scenarios and test cases, and user acceptance. Ms. Bobys has a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of Maryland.
