Prior to being appointed to her current position as Senior Director, R&D Compliance Management at Allergan, Ms. Edgerton worked as Senior Director, Clinical Quality Takeda Oncology, and in compliance and operations leadership positions at other biopharma companies and educational institutions. She has spoken at many national and international forums about clinical research quality and compliance.
