Since June 1998, Dennis has worked in Cambridge, MA for Genzyme Corporation. He currently serves the company as its Senior Counsel for Compliance, Clinical Research, and Healthcare. Dennis has many years experience in the health care and life sciences industries, in areas such as: clinical trials for drugs, devices and biologics; compliance programs & strategies; contracting, transactions, and operations; litigation; regulatory & enforcement actions; reimbursement; managed care networks; and mergers and acquisitions. Dennis received his both his B.A and his J.D. from Boston College. He has taught as Adjunct Faculty at Boston University and Suffolk University Law Schools, and is a faculty member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) based at Notre Dame Law School. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, and admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Dennis is also a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for the ACRP's The Monitor.
