David Bloomer

David Bloomer is currently a Senior Project Manager for Quintiles where he is responsible for managing global clinical trials. In addition to his position at Quintiles, Mr. Bloomer serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Research Administration at The George Washington University Medical Center, located in Washington, D.C. and teaches courses in Clinical Monitoring. Mr. Bloomer has over fifeteen years of clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical industry at both pharmaceutical companies and CROs. He's previously held positions as a Lead Clinical Trials Manager in Project Management, Regional Clinical Research Associate Manager, and Lead/Field Clinical Research Associate. Mr. Bloomer received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a second major in Sociology from Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana and a Masters in Health Administration from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Bloomer is a Certified Clinical Research Associate through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals and a Certified Research Contracts Professional (Academic) through the Model Agreement Group Initiative.
