Danica Marinac-Dabic MD, PhD

Danica Marinac-Dabic, MD, PhD is the Director, Division of Epidemiology at the Center for Devices and Radiological Health, Food and Drug Administration. She is a physician and epidemiologist with the background in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Marinac-Dabic provides leadership to CDRH medical device epidemiologists in the review, design and monitoring of post-approval studies, and the development of the medical device related research infrastructure. Dr. Marinac-Dabic is also a Chair of the CDRH Partnership Implementation Workgroup that oversees the implementation of the new post-approval studies program at CDRH. She has been with CDRH for 16 years. Dr. Marinac-Dabic obtained her medical degree and PhD in Epidemiology from University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia.
