Ms. Gates graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University. She worked with Western Institutional Review Board for eleven years and served as both Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. She currently is the Associate Administrator of the University of California, Davis Campus IRB. She is also on the External Advisory Board for the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative at the University of Miami and the Chesapeake Institutional Review Board.
