Constance Pickard is the incoming 2008 Chairperson for ACRP's Medical Device Forum. She has over 18 years experience conducting medical device studies in the areas of peripheral vascular disease, end-stage liver disease, dialysis, and transfusion medicine. Ms. Pickard has lead large multidisciplinary teams through the entire clinical trial process with successful PMA and 510(k) regulatory submissions resulting in the commercialization of several peripheral vascular medical devices. Prior to her current position, she co-founded the Cell Labeling Laboratory at Dartmouth specializing in FDA licensing studies for transfusion-related products. Ms. Pickard obtained her BS degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and completed her internship in Medical Technology at Princeton. She also has an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
