Chris achieved her BS in Medical Record Administration, Registered Health Information Administration (RHIA) from University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences, Memphis in 1993. After earning her RHIA, she was employed at St. Jude in the Quality Improvement Department assisting with the development of the institution wide Incident Reporting System and preparation for the 1994 JCAHO survey in the areas of closed medical record review, performance improvement, the departments of surgery and anesthesia. Chris also served as an integral part of the coordinating task force for the 1997 and 2000 Joint Commission surveys. Chris transferred to the CPDMO in August of 2003 as a monitor for studies in the areas of Leukemia (TOTXV), Nursing, ACT and Infectious Disease.
