Cerdi Beltre is the Director of Data Strategy and Business Development at Merge eClinical, a Division of IBM Watson Health where she is responsible for the execution of the strategic initiatives for Investigator Information Services and is leading the initiative to create a Global Investigator Performance Score. She has over 19 years of clinical research experience spanning site operations, IRB/ethics, regulatory compliance via internal audits and monitoring. She oversaw clinical research operations for a 7 billion dollar healthcare system in New York, which is one of the largest in the U.S. as well as a Clinical Research Service department, in which she drove the creation of the Finance, Investigational Pharmacy, and Recruitment Cores with a mission to facilitate high-quality patient-centered research.
