Born in Argentina and now a resident of Concord, NC, Cecilia Plez joined the Duke University’s Murdock Study team in January 2010. As Clinical Research Coordinator ll, she supports the team by educating and recruiting participants to the study. Ms. Plez has partnered with many groups to educate the community in research and healthy living and she is deeply committed to the Hispanic population in her area of influence.
Previously she worked as a teacher and translator both in Argentina and the United States. She graduated from UM University in Buenos Aires with a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages.
