Carolyn DaSilva began my journey in the pre-clinical research labs, where she gained valuable experience in understanding the early stages of drug development. It was her passion for helping people, however, that eventually led me to shift my focus towards Clinical Research. With a strong background in biology and an increased understanding of the drug development process, she transitioned into the Clinical Scientist role where she could make a direct impact on patients' lives by helping ensure that drugs reach the market where they are needed most.
