Ms. Browning is currently the Director of Special Projects for the Office of the Senior Vice President for Health Sciences at the University of Utah. Prior to this role, Ms. Browning acted as the Program Director for the Therapeutic Hypothermia After Pediatric Cardiac Arrest (THAPCA) Trials and the Guthy Jackson Charitable Foundation (GJCF) research network. Ms. Browning has 17 years of experience in healthcare, 14 of which has been in clinical research conducting and directing large clinical trials in both single institutions and large multi-center research networks. In these roles, Ms. Browning directed the research activities ~40 US and UK research sites in the THAPCA trials as well as ~7 GJCF network sites. In addition, Ms. Browning has assisted the Department of Pediatrics in the development of the Clinical Trials Office and chairs the Clinical Research Operations Committee for the University of Utah.
