Brad Sibbald is the National Sales Leader for the Kelly Science and Clinical Research products. Brad is responsible for strategies and delivery across all workforce solutions platforms from retail partnerships to global Master Service Provider collaboration opportunities. After spending a number of years studying and working at the Scientific Bench on Immunology and Biopharma programs, Brad is now leveraging his specific knowledge of the Biotech and pharma world for his clients to maximize their Talent Acquisition strategies both internally and externally. Brad manages a team of geographically focused managers and their teams of Account Executives to cover the thousands of clients Kelly Science represent annually. Brad and his teams strive to keep up the reputation of “the most recognized Science brand for staffing” as well as “the highest-rated agency for customer and talent satisfaction” not to mention the largest player in the space globally. Brad holds a Masters of Science degree in Biochemistry as well as a BS in Cell Biology from San Diego State University.
