Becki Kanjirathinkal, MS, RN, CPHQ, CMQ/OE is the lead Risk Control Consultant for Life Sciences. She has over 30 years experience in healthcare, holding leadership positions in Healthcare Risk Management, Quality, HIPAA Privacy, Infection Prevention, and Environmental and Patient Safety. She has also served as nursing and biology faculty in academic settings
A registered nurse, she holds a Master's degree in Biology from the University of Notre Dame, and has earned the designations of Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), and Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM). Becki was a participant of the first Patient Safety Officer Executive Training Program sponsored by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and was a 2006-2007 American Hospital Association-National Patient Safety Foundation Patient Safety Leadership Fellow. Becki lectures on life sciences liability risks and patient safety nationally.
