Dr. DePaoli joined Direct Flow Medical, Inc. in August 2010. She has more than 10 years experience in the medical device field. Prior to Direct Flow Medical, she served as Sr. Manger of Clinical Research for Medtronic CardioVascular where she was involved most recently in US and International clinical trials for a second generation drug eluting stent product. Dr. DePaoli was focused on the development and execution of clinical trials to support worldwide regulatory filings and approvals. Previous work with Medtronic AVE also included bare metal stents, carotid stents and distal protection devices. She has conducted clinical research for a total of over 18 years, including veterinary and human pharmaceutical clinical development and consulting. Dr. DePaoli holds both a DVM degree and BS in Animal Science degree from the University of California at Davis.
