As vice president of recruiting, Angela is responsible for leading a team of professional recruiters for Kelly Science & Clinical, the 2nd largest scientific staffing firm in the U.S. In collaboration with seasoned leaders and a team of specialized recruiters, Angela focuses on creating customized talent acquisition strategies for our top-tier clients by leveraging the latest tools, technologies, market data, and industry trends. Angela has more than 15 years of experience in the recruiting space. Given her love of science and a desire to see people succeed, it’s no surprise that she started her career as a scientific recruiter. She then advanced into various leadership roles; having the honor of guiding high-performing teams and building new incentive and training programs. Angela earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She still resides in the Chapel Hill area with her husband and two children.
